EMS World is an international postal express airmail service, for document and merchandise, with 24/7 track and trace features on all items. The service covers 95 countries worldwide (106 destinations). The maximum weight limit is 30 kilograms per package. The postage is collected in net amount (no additional fees such as fuel surcharge, VAT, etc.), and is calculated by actual gross weight only. Dimensional weight charge is not applied to this service. ePacket Service is an international outbound service aiming to support the continuous growth of international trade and cross border e-Commerce. The service comes at a reasonable price and is fully-tracked. With ePacket service, there is no compensation for loss and damage provided. However, customer can use an ePacket Plus service instead for insurance coverage. ePacket is affordable way to ship small and light items, not exceeding 2 kilograms (except for the United Kingdom and United States of America up to 5 kilograms) to 106 main countries (e.g. China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa)

Logispost World Service is an international heavy and bulky service (by Air freight) provided in collaboration with logistics partner (DHL Express International (Thailand) Ltd.), over 20 up to 200 kg., or the items of dimension 150 x 200 x 150 cm. The service covers 33 destination countries worldwide, such as, Japan, China, the United States of America, Australia, England, Italy, France, Norway, Austria, Denmark, Belgium and takes 7-10 business days to be delivered to the recipients at destination countries. The service is now available at the designated 1,168 post offices nationwide as publicized by Thailand Post, at the same time providing customers to track the item 24/7 via Track & Trace application on a smartphone or website: www.thailandpost.co.th.

Small packet service is suitable for small items of low value or product samples packed in envelopes/boxes enabling postal officer to inspect the contents inside. The service rate is based on the weight of the item and can be sent to more than 200 destination countries.

Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.

Registered Mail Service is an additional service exclusively available for the International Letter-Post Service (Air). It is designed for sending DOCUMENT ONLY, with the recipient’s signature obtained upon delivery as proof of delivery.
Items accepted under the Registered Mail Service include letters, important documents, business contracts, invoices, quotations, Literature for the blinds, account payee only cheques (A/C Payee Only), passbooks, passports, etc.
The maximum accepted weight is 500 grams. Items must not exceed 30.5 centimeters in width, 38.1 centimeters in length, and 2 centimeters in thickness.This service is available to more than 200 destination countries worldwide.

International Postal Service offers customers an international outbound service at affordable price with a maximum weight of 30 kilograms (depending on the destination country). The service comes with 2 transportation modes, by Air and by Surface. The service is suitable for those who do not need express delivery and require a variety of products packed within one package. The delivery process takes 5-25 business days depending on relevant mode used and covers 225 destination countries.
