ePacket Service is an international outbound service aiming to support the continuous growth of international trade and cross border e-Commerce. The service comes at a reasonable price and is fully-tracked. With ePacket service, there is no compensation for loss and damage provided. However, customer can use an ePacket Plus service instead for insurance coverage. ePacket is affordable way to ship small and light items, not exceeding 2 kilograms (except for the United Kingdom up to 5 kilograms) to 53 main countries (e.g. China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa)

- Small parcels at reasonable and affordable price.

- Door-to-Door delivery.
- The service rate is calculated according to the actual weight of the item, no fuel surcharge and Value Added Tax (VAT) charged.
- Dimensional and volumetric are not applied.
- Prohibited items regarding THP’s announcement are live animals, narcotics, obscene materials, explosives/flammable objects, banknotes, and sharp objects with no sealing.
- Items to be declared to the Post Office officers at the packing counter before sending are as follows:
- Any types of engines and engine components.
- Lithium battery and any types of battery, including communication devices with built-in battery.
- Sharp objects (wrapping required)
- Artificial weapons
- Every kind of liquids
- Toxic substances
- Corrosive substances
- Biological substances
- Gun and bullets
- Type and size
- Maximum weight must not exceed 2000 grams, except for the United Kingdom maximum weight of 5000 grams
- Minimum size: (width * length) 9*14 cm.
- Maximum size: (width * length) 30*60 cm.
- Width, length, and depth in total must not exceed 90 cm.

Remark :
- The delivery standard is excluded the posting date.
- Alterations in the delivery period may occur depending on the customs formality process in the destination countries (if any).
No compensation is offered in all cases. However, customers can use ePacket Plus at the insured value of 1,500 BAHT, fees applied.
