Letter & Printed Matter

Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.

  • Door-to-Door delivery.
  • The service rate is calculated according to the actual weight of the item. 

(Not based on the volumetric, no fuel surcharge and no value-added tax (VAT) charged.)

  • Acceptance
    • For document in, sheet unbound or stapled.
    • The maximum weight shall not exceed 2 kg.
  • size
    • Small item: not over 0.5 cm. thick, maximum size of 9×14 – 16.5×24.5 cm., maximum weight of 100 grams 
    • Large item: not over 2 cm. thick, 9×14 – 30.5×24.5 cm. at the maximum, weight, not over 500 grams.

Withdrawal from the post: if the item has not been forwarded to its destination country or delivered to the addressee, a customer can submit a request and pay the withdrawal charges to the post office where the item was sent.
