Registered

Registered Mail Service is an additional service exclusively available for the International Letter-Post Service (Air). It is designed for sending DOCUMENT ONLY, with the recipient’s signature obtained upon delivery as proof of delivery.
Items accepted under the Registered Mail Service include letters, important documents, business contracts, invoices, quotations, Literature for the blinds, account payee only cheques (A/C Payee Only), passbooks, passports, etc.
The maximum accepted weight is 500 grams. Items must not exceed 30.5 centimeters in width, 38.1 centimeters in length, and 2 centimeters in thickness.This service is available to more than 200 destination countries worldwide.

  • Door-to-Door delivery.
  • Send important documents with the recipient’s signature as proof of delivery.
  • Registered mail service is an additional service exclusively available for the International Letter-Post Service (Air).
  • Only flat, bound documents and printed matters are accepted for delivery.
  • Size: The total size and weight, including packaging, must not exceed 500 grams. The dimensions (width × length) must be no smaller than 90 × 140 mm and no larger than 350 × 381 mm, with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
  • Packing: The item shall be packed with an appropriate protective material. It shall be open and re-sealed without causing any damages for inspection by a postal officer. In addition, the packing shall be durable enough for international transportation.
  • Withdrawal from the post: if the item has not been forwarded to its destination country or delivered to the addressee, a customer can submit a request and pay the withdrawal charges to the post office where the item was sent.

Remarks

  • In case of lost or totally damaged under postal custody, the sender shall be entitled to receive an indemnity, including the postage charges and special charges (if any).
  • In case of partially lost or partially damage under postal custody, the sender shall be entitled to receive an indemnity, excluding the postage charges and special charges (if any).
