EMS One Price

EMS One Price is a service which facilitates e-commerce merchants and tourists, where document or merchandise can be sent in a flat rate envelope or box with maximum weight allowed provided by Thailand Post. Thanks to its flat rate (without additional VAT nor fuel surcharge), this service is convenient and budget-friendly option for sending items abroad. The items can be tracked 24/7 via Track & Trace application on mobile phones and www.thailandpost.co.th.

Rate Service Thailand Post’s Announcement
Subject: EMS World One Price Service Rates (EMS One Price)
  • Available at 392 post offices, except Box numbers 4  are available at 144 branches only*.
  • 1. Box number 3, size: 35 x 45 x 20 cm, weight: up to 10 kg
    2. Box number 4, size: 40 x 45 x 35 cm, weight: up to 20 kg
  • Customers can send items abroad by EMS One Price service at post office branches where EMS One Price service/the selected box sizes are available, and ONLY EMS One Price envelope and boxes are allowed. 
  • In case the contents exclude maximum weight of each box types, EMS World rates for merchandise shall be applied automatically.

Remarks

  • In case of lost or totally damaged under postal custody, the sender shall be entitled to receive an indemnity, including the postage charges and special charges (if any).
  • In case of partially lost or partially damage under postal custody, the sender shall be entitled to receive an indemnity, excluding the postage charges and special charges (if any).
  • Indemnity shall be calculated according to the market price, of the lost or damaged of the same kind at the place and time at which the item was posted, but not exceed the maximum rate of indemnity of Thailand Post Announcement. Subject: Rate of indemnity for International Services
