The postage is collected in net amount (no additional fees such as fuel surcharge, VAT, etc.), and is calculated by actual gross weight only. Dimensional weight charge is not applied to this service. ePacket Service is an international outbound service aiming to support the continuous growth of international trade and cross border e-Commerce. Small packet service is suitable for small items of low value or product samples packed in envelopes/boxes enabling postal officer to inspect the contents inside. The service rate is based on the weight of the item and can be sent to more than 200 destination countries.

Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.
