International Postal Service offers customers an international outbound service at affordable price with a maximum weight of 30 kilograms (depending on the destination country). The service comes with 2 transportation modes, by Air and by Surface. The service is suitable for those who do not need express delivery and require a variety of products packed within one package. The delivery process takes 5-25 business days depending on relevant mode used and covers 225 destination countries.

Registered Mail Service is an additional service exclusively available for the International Letter-Post Service (Air). It is designed for sending DOCUMENT ONLY, with the recipient’s signature obtained upon delivery as proof of delivery.
Items accepted under the Registered Mail Service include letters, important documents, business contracts, invoices, quotations, Literature for the blinds, account payee only cheques (A/C Payee Only), passbooks, passports, etc.
The maximum accepted weight is 500 grams. Items must not exceed 30.5 centimeters in width, 38.1 centimeters in length, and 2 centimeters in thickness.This service is available to more than 200 destination countries worldwide.

Small packet service is suitable for small items of low value or product samples packed in envelopes/boxes enabling postal officer to inspect the contents inside. The service rate is based on the weight of the item and can be sent to more than 200 destination countries.

Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.
