ePacket Service is an international outbound service aiming to support the continuous growth of international trade and cross border e-Commerce. The service comes at a reasonable price and is fully-tracked. With ePacket service, there is no compensation for loss and damage provided. However, customer can use an ePacket Plus service instead for insurance coverage. ePacket is affordable way to ship small and light items, not exceeding 2 kilograms (except for the United Kingdom up to 5 kilograms) to 53 main countries (e.g. China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa)
