The service comes with 2 transportation modes, by Air and by Surface. The service is suitable for those who do not need express delivery and require a variety of products packed within one package. The delivery process takes 5-25 business days depending on relevant mode used and covers 225 destination countries.

Small packet service is suitable for small items of low value or product samples packed in envelopes/boxes enabling postal officer to inspect the contents inside. The service rate is based on the weight of the item and can be sent to more than 200 destination countries.

Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.
