Letter service is for documents contained and sealed in envelopes/ boxes. For documents with multiple copies in the printing process, such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, can be sent as “Printed Matters” service. The service rate is based on weight.

EMS World is an international postal express airmail service, for document and merchandise, with 24/7 track and trace features on all items. The service covers 95 countries worldwide (106 destinations). The maximum weight limit is 30 kilograms per package. The postage is collected in net amount (no additional fees such as fuel surcharge, VAT, etc.), and is calculated by actual gross weight only. Dimensional weight charge is not applied to this service.
