Thailand Post’s ePacket service is designed to support international trade and cross-border e-commerce, especially the growing U.S. market, offering smoother shipping and greater confidence for both senders and recipients.
จุดเด่นของบริการ Service Highlights
- น้ำหนักสูงสุด 5,000 กรัม Maximum weight must not exceed 5,000 grams
- ค่าบริการคิดตามน้ำหนักที่ฝากส่งจริง โดยไม่มีบวกเพิ่ม ไม่คิดค่าบริการตามปริมาตรของกล่อง (Volumetric) ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมน้ำมัน (Fuel Surcharge) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มThe service rate is calculated according to the actual weight of the item, no fuel surcharge and Value Added Tax (VAT) charged.
- อัตราค่าบริการePacket พร้อมบริการรับชำระค่าภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมตั้งแต่การรับฝาก (Delivery Duty Paid : DDP) สำหรับปลายทางสหรัฐอเมริกา แบ่งเป็น 2 พื้นที่ ได้แก่ พื้นที่ 48 รัฐในสหรัฐอเมริกาและพื้นที่ห่างไกลในสหรัฐอเมริกา The ePacket service rates with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for destinations in the United States of America are divided into two zones: the mainland and remote areas of the United States of America.
- ตรวจสอบสถานะได้ทุกพื้นที่ในสหรัฐอเมริกา Tracking is available across all areas in the United Statesof America.
- มาตรฐานการจัดส่ง 10-14 วัน ไม่นับวันที่ฝากส่งและระยะเวลาในการดำเนินพิธีศุลกากร ณ ประเทศปลายทาง The delivery standard is 10–14 days, excluding the posting date and customs clearance time at the destination.
- คุ้มครองกรณีสูญหายและเสียหายสูงสุด 500 บาทต่อกล่อง (จนถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569)และสามารถซื้อความคุ้มครองเพิ่มเติมด้วย ePacket Plus 30 บาท/ชิ้น เพิ่มความคุ้มครองรวมสูงสุด 2,000 บาทCompensation covers up to 500 THB per parcel (available until 31 March 2026). Additional insurance is available via ePacket Plus for a fee of 30 THB per item, providing coverage up to 2,000 THB.
เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ Terms and Conditions
- มูลค่าสินค้า/สิ่งของที่ฝากส่งไม่เกิน 60 USDต่อกล่อง และระบุสกุลเงินเป็นหน่วย USD เท่านั้น หากตรวจพบว่ามีมูลค่าเกิน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะคืนให้ผู้ฝากส่ง The declared value of goods/items must not exceed USD 60 per parcel. The currency must be declared in USD only. If the declared value exceeds this limit, the shipment cannot be exported and will be returned to the sender.

- น้ำหนักสูงสุดไม่เกิน 5,000 กรัม Maximum weight must not exceed 5,000 grams.
- ขนาดอย่างสูงด้านใดอย่างหนึ่ง สูงสุดไม่เกิน 55 ซม. The longest side of each item shall not exceed 55 centimeters.
- กว้าง ยาว และสูง รวมกันสูงสุดไม่เกิน 100 ซม The combined length, width, and height shall not exceed 100 centimeters.
